The Neohorizon IRC Network
A chat network dedicated to open source discussion groups and technical chat, where it all started in 1998.
A piece of history
For over a decade the Neohorizon Network ran a friendly IRC community at irc.nhn.net, reachable from all over the world with any IRC client, with #neohorizon as its home channel.
It was where Neohorizon developers who worked on UnrealIRCd (one of the most popular IRC daemons in the world), NeoStats and SolarStats met, and where leaf and hub servers run by the community linked in.
The network has since been retired: irc.nhn.net is offline and is no longer operated by Neohorizon.
